Self-Pay Rates for Clinical Services
If you have health insurance, please call your plan and ask if your clinician is considered to be in-network. If not, you can ask your insurance company if you have any out-of-network benefits. Click here for more information about using health insurance with us. A $40 deposit is required to schedule an initial appointment for therapy or evaluations unless otherwise noted below.
The following rates apply if you are self-pay only, if the service you are seeking is not covered by your plan, or if you are using out-of-network health insurance benefits:

Licensed Psychologist
Licensed psychologists have a license to practice at a doctoral level.

Initial Intake (16 or more minutes): $225.00
Psychotherapy (53+ minutes): $200.00
Psychotherapy (up to 52 minutes): $175.00
Psychotherapy (up to 37 minutes): $150.00
Crisis Services (first 31-60 minutes): $225.00
Crisis Services (next 16-30 minutes): $175.00

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA)

Licensed therapists, counselors, social workers, and psychological associates.

Psychotherapy (up to 52 minutes): $150.00

Licensed therapists, counselors, and social workers that receive clinical supervision as they work toward full independent license.

Initial Evaluation: $225.00

Psychological Testing & Evaluation: $200.00 per hour

Per hour of psychologist's time spent in activities such as obtaining and reviewing collateral information, administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests, writing the report, and providing feedback.

Psychological testing may be done by our licensed psychologists or our licensed psychological associates.

Clinicians perform many hours of work on a psychological evaluation even when they are not meeting directly with you.
