Adult Counseling Services
Let’s be honest – life is hard. Support from family and friends is helpful, but sometimes you need had someone outside your circle to work out some problems. You don't have to navigate things along, and you don’t have to have a mental illness to talk to a counselor. Many of our clients just need a safe, confidential place to figure out the solutions to their personal challenges. Stress, sadness, and worrying can affect your relationships, quality of life, work performance, and even your physical health. If you're struggling with anxiety or depression, you're not alone, and we can help. We also help people with grief, trauma, and mental illness such as bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Our psychologists and mental health counselors offer mental health services such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, dialectical behavior therapy, and other types of therapy. Therapy does not have to go on for many months or years to bring positive results – we know your time is valuable. We strive to help you in the fewest sessions possible to bring about lasting change.
Stress and Anxiety Counseling
Stress is a broad term that includes a variety of symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, fatigue, headaches, guilt, insomnia, and more. Work, school, family, relationships, finances, responsibilities, health problems, and other life events and situations can weigh you down. Our counselors can help you sort it out and develop coping strategies to reduce the stress in your life.

Anxiety disorders may or may not be caused by stressors in your life. We provide psychotherapy for anxiety symptoms as well as those with generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and social anxiety disorder.
Depression Treatment
If you've been feeling hopeless about the future, fatigued, or emotionally numb, you may be depressed! Crying and sadness are not always part of depression. Other symptoms that can hint at depression include irritability, difficulty concentrating, lack of motivation, sleep and appetite changes, feeling worthless, low self-esteem, withdrawing from social activities, and thoughts of dying or suicidal thoughts. We can help you cope and improve your symptoms. If you need medication to supplement your mental health care, we can refer you to a psychiatrist or other medical provider.
